The IBM x400 server

This document describes our experience with the IBM x440 server. This is a highly capable piece of hardware, fairly expensive as well. Unfortunatly very little documentation is available on the net (well, beside all the marketing stuff and IBM documentation).

We hope this document will help people including our own staff, better deal with this machine.

And ... well, we are a Linux shop.
